Qualifications

Becoming qualified as a sports massage therapist was only the start of my journey... I am constantly researching, attending new courses and meeting people to ensure my knowledge and my techniques are tip top. I enjoy adapting treatments, bringing in a range of techniques and approaches to help address the needs of the clients, according to how they feel on the day of their appointment. My particular area of interest and specialism is in ScarWork for the breast, pelvic and abdominal scarring. Using incredibly lightwork and painfree techniques, I can reduce redness, numbness and increase overall sensation and functionality to help restore you to original movement.
