Planning for 2021

13 Dec 2020

Hi Everyone,

I hope you have all had a super weekend and this email finds you well.

As this year starts to draw to a close, I thought I’d share my top two tips to help you to plan and to make the most of your treatments moving into 2021.

1) Planning ahead

image of a calendar for 2021 Increasingly, clients are coming for regular weekly, fortnightly or monthly treatments. This has been aided by having their very own time and day, recurring at the interval that suits them.

Don’t just take my word for it, client feedback has been really positive to this – see what works for them and why it might work for you.

Aside from the benefits of the actual treatment, I’d like to to emphasise the benefits of the routine and pre-set time for your treatment. When clients prioritise and value their own physical and emotional wellbeing, the response is astonishing.

If you would like to have a regular set time, please contact me to set this up.

2) Movement

You will all recall having left a treatment with me recommending exercises / stretches to help with injury prevention, rehabilitation or simply to keep the body moving so the positive effects of the massage lasts longer.

I am delighted to confirm that each of my clients now has their own client page, where I can share photos, exercises, articles or videos specifically for you. For example: https://nicolaroberts.net/c/jo-blogs

I think it’ll be a useful tool to help you get the most from your sessions.

There are still some appointments over all of the festive period! Have a wonderful Christmas and New Year, if I don't see you before!
