Please be aware that:
- Appointments cancelled within a 24 hour notice period will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment fee.
- Missed appointments or same day cancellations will result in 100% of the treatment fee being charged.
- If you are unwell please do not attend the appointment.
Note: I cannot treat you if you are suffering from an acute injury, fever or skin infection.
Unfortunately, there may be occasions I need to reschedule or cancel your appointment at short notice, due to illness. I will endeavour to rearrange within a reasonable time period.
Please arrive promptly for the start of your appointment. Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early.
If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment will end at the original end time, meaning your session will be short. I have a full schedule and cannot accommodate lateness. The full fee will still be payable.
All sessions are scheduled for 60 minutes, unless otherwise specified.
Location of Treatment
Your treatment will either be at Catalyst Personal Training, Unit 3, Stirling Works, Cirencester, GL7 1YG or 76, Victoria Road, Cirencester, GL7 1EU. When you book your appointment, you will receive confirmation of where your treatment will be. Parking is available at both locations.
Client Questionnaire & Health Conditions
All new clients will be requested to complete a Client Questionnaire form before a treatment commences. GP/Consultant permission may be required before treatments can commence.
If you have, or have had cancer, it would be helpful if you could bring with you a summary of your diagnosis, details of your treatment and medication.
All existing clients are responsible to update me of any changes to your medical circumstances before your treatment commences on subsequent visits.
If you are pregnant, I will not be able to undertake any Dry Needling on you. However, I can massage you and make an necessary modifications according to the stage of your pregnancy and general health and wellbeing.
Your details will be kept securely for 5 years, in line with GDPR regulations.
Planning your treatment
When you schedule your treatment, please note that a massage is very intensive, and no strenuous activity should be undertaken for the remainder of the day. Please do not have a treatment prior to a gym session/sports session/active job. You should also ensure you remain well hydrated on the day of the appointment to help flush away toxins released during the massage.

I do offer a 'special discount' to anyone who is looking to book a monthly massage. To qualify for this, you must schedule a regular massage within 4-6 weeks of each appointment. As a thank you for your regular commitment, you will receive two free massages to use on top of your regular treatment, or two Gift Vouchers give to friends/family. You will be eligible to receive 1 voucher after 6 months, and another after 12 months of the arrangement being in place.
Payments methods are: cash, card or online transfer within 7 days of the appointment.
Private Health Cash Plans
Currently, the following Private Health Cash Plans provide discount or reimbursement for the treatment: Westfield Health, Health Shield and Elect. If you require a receipt to confirm your treatment, please let me know and I can provide this.
You must be over the age of 17 to receive a treatment without the presence of a parent or guardian.
What to Wear
Please aware comfortable clothing. If you wish, you could wear sports kit, but this is not essential.
You may be asked to remove items of clothing so that massage can be applied directly onto the skin. However, towels will be used throughout the massage to ensure privacy at all times. If you would prefer to stay clothed, a massage can be performed over the top of clothing and underneath towels.
Vouchers purchased as gifts do not have an expiry date.
I have the right to terminate a treatment immediately if I feel any client demonstrates what I consider to be inappropriate behaviour.
